Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The article is original and unpublished and does not contain elements subject to patent, has not been published in any format and is not simultaneously postulated in other national and international publications. The articles that are in these circumstances, with some exceptions, that are of vital importance for the journal, will be accepted presenting the legal permits.
  • The article corresponds to the topics of interest declared by the journal.
  • The article is written in Microsoft Word format and according to the criteria of style and format indicated in the Guide for authors.
  • The data of all authors have been identified appropriately.
  • The title is written in both the original language and English, as far as possible does not contain more than twelve words.
  • It has a summary in both the original language and English, with an extension between 200 and 300 words, and reflects the most important aspects of the work.
  • It has at least three keywords and a maximum of five in the original language of the article and in English.
  • The body of the document has the structure and formalism required for the type of article presented. In any case, it includes introduction, development (according to type of article), discussion and conclusions.
  • The references and citation of the article are prepared in accordance with APA standards.
  • The references are complete and updated. All of them were actually used in the article and web addresses have been added for references where relevant
  • All figures and tables are referenced in the text, in the corresponding site and not at the end of the article, they can be edited and are in 300 dpi resolution.

Author Guidelines

Any proposed article for the Revista CEA Journal should be sent through the OJS (Open Journal System). The journal is not responsible for the actions that hackers can perform.

The main purpose of Revista CEA is to publish original research articles. When a manuscript is submitted, the prospective author should attach a statement of originality and transfer the copyright to Revista CEA so that it can publish the article and disseminate it. In addition, the author must ensure and state that the manuscript has not been submitted to any other publication outlet.

The articles should be focused on the area of ​​organizational management, behavior theories applied to administrative sciences, finance, and technology management, but it also covers the fields of economics, marketing, human talent management, decision sciences, quality assurance, business history, and accounting.

Articles

Research article: document that presents in a detailed way original research results. The document must clearly show the problem being treated and the previous works recently published in the scientific literature, it must also describe in a rigorous and complete manner the proposed methods and experimental results that show the contribution of work in the area declared by the journal and present a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of these, in contrast to the state of the art, and finally, a section of conclusions that respond to the objectives and are generated from the content of the manuscript.

Review article: document resulting from a research where the results of published research or not, on a field in science or technology, are analyzed, systematized and integrated, in order to account for progress and development trends. It is characterized by presenting a careful bibliographic review of at least 50 references.

Reflection article: document that presents research results from an analytical, interpretative or critical perspective of the author, on a specific topic, using original scientific sources.
