Labor flexibility: a legacy that the pandemic leaves us?
Abstract
Although the concept of "telework" started to be used before the 1990s, it was not until the rise of ICTs (information and communication technologies) that the concept became popular among organisations and became part of the different strategies for their sustainability and economic development.
