Abstract

We start a reflexive process on the global financial architecture after the crisis of 2008. Instead of the quick reactions of our politicians, we proposes to raise the importance of analyzing the contradictions of the financial system, it will be a path to a political practice that includes citizen participation in the global processes decision. We propose reconciliation between Science, Technology and Society to prevent recurrence. We propose a new symbiosis between politics, markets and civil society, allowing the emergence of new global financial governance.
