Abstract

Knowledge management is the process by which an organization facilitates the transmission of information, knowledge, experience and skills to employees, systematically and efficiently. This article relates the application of the methodology CommonKADS in the quality management, within the Bavaria organization in Medellín city. The application of the methodology CommonKADS, makes evident the importance of organizational and strategic analysis in the introduction and development of information technologies; and demonstrate this methodology supports applications engineering and knowledge management in building knowledge based systems; necessary to troubleshoot process control, monitoring, fault diagnosis and maintenance, among other quality aspects.
