Enfoques sociales sobre los sistemas tecnológicos
Resumen
En este artículo se presenta una caracterización sobre los sistemas tecnológicos desde los enfoques sociales; con ese fin se muestra un conjunto de elementos que definen tanto el funcionamiento de dichos sistemas tecnológicos como el papel de las personas ellos. En segundo lugar, y con base en los enfoques señalados, así como en la tradición social sobre los sistemas complejos, se formula una propuesta de interpretación sobre las propiedades, la dinámica y la participación pública en los sistemas tecnológicos.Referencias bibliográficas
