Abstract
The development of e-learning tools has provided new educational opportunities to people w ho ha ve previously had few such possibilities dueto their geographical location or other factors. An important aspect of these tools is their ease of use for both teachers and students. This article presents an application for teachers whose aim is to enable the teacher to write an instructional objective in order to evaluate students, and to use the instructional objective to automatically recover the Learning Objects that will allow teachers to measure students' achievements of a specific competence. This approach is novel and useful, since teachers write the objectives in the same way as they would do daily. Likewise, the automatic recovering of Learning Objects allows users to devote more time to correctly writing the objectives that students should achieve, instead of searching for the Learning Objects that allow them to measure students' performance.
