Informatics in Education
Abstract
Currently, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) are present in all fields of our society, and education is no exception. ICTs have become a permanent requirement to support teaching-learning processes, enabling students to use methods that best match their needs and preferences to access and learn from contents available anywhere. In addition, with the advent of technology, the barriers of space and time can be lifted, thus eliminating access limitations and placing training and learning within people’s reach. Furthermore, if this potential is used in favor of inclusive environments, exclusion can be attacked on different fronts.
