Abstract
This article shows the results of phase I of the research Project "Modelo para el Desarrollo de la Productividad y Calidad de la Gestión de Producción en Pymes del Sector Textil- Confección del Valle de Aburrá" - "Model for the development of Productivity and Quality of management of production by Pymes in the textile confection industry" developed by the Quality and Production research Group - GICAP - of the INSTITUTO TECNOLÓGICO METROPOLITANO.
The article under takes a diagnosis of 132 PYMES of the Textile-Confection productive sector, identifying the techniques and tools used by the sector.
