Abstract
The aim of this article is to show the application of intercultural communication model of science and technology that promotes the Social appropriation of Science, Technology and Innovation (SASTI), implemented in the community of San Pedro y San Pablo Ayutla Mixe, Oaxaca, through the project funded by the National Council of Science and Technology of Mexico.
This work is divided into three parts. The first one describes the conceptual framework in which the epistemic equity and deliberative dialogue is weighted as a basis to form social Networks of innovation that built projects in pursuit of SASTI. The second part presents the elements necessary to constitute a model of intercultural communication that promotes dialogue and especially the communication in order to establish demands and public participation of all stakeholders from a diverse, plural and fair perspective for the benefit of communities. Finally, the third section describes the actors and communities involved in the deliberative dialogue issues affecting the San Pedro and San Pablo Ayutla Mixe community from the perspective of epistemic equity.
